MONTEX - UTLX 39

ULTRASOUND MACHINE

Montex UTLX 39 is an ultrasonic machine for welding continuos fabrics , coated fabrics , and technical fabrics through the use of adhesive tapes .

It was designed and built with the most modern technologies  ( CAD , NCD )  . This welder is of modern construction , is an alternative method to the traditional sewing with yarn .

The sonotrode and the wheel contrast rotate with the same speed , or they can be set the program speed-independent.

In this way , the welding is carried out without obstacles . The speed is adjustable to adapt the machine to different tissues .

The ultrasonic generator used has a power of 400 Watts , with a frequency of 35 Khz .

The sonotrode has a width of weld to be 10 mm
