Economical type simple ultrasonic machine for light and mediumweight fabrics. Big variety of anvil wheels allows to perform various operations of both welding and cut & weld. Thanks to its simplicity and high maximum speed, machine is suitable for straight and simple seams, typical for sportswear and medical wear.
Ultrasonic technology allows to join two pieces of fabric together (min. 50% has to be synthetic) without using any needle or thread. The final seam is much flatter and water-/windproof, as well as much more pleasant for the human skin than conventional sewing seam. Therefore, this technology is more and more frequently used in industries such as: sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, as well as protective workwear, army equipment or industrial filters.
