MUNARI ULTRASONIC SM

Ultrasonic SM is an ultrasonic machine for continuous welding of fabrics, coated fabrics and technical fabrics also through the use of adhesive tapes.

It was designed and built with the most modern technologies (CAD, NCD). This modern construction welder is an alternative method to traditional wire stitching.

The sonotrode and the contrast wheel rotate with the same speed, or they can be set by program at independent speed. In this way the welding takes place without obstacles. The speed is adjustable in order to adapt the welder to different fabrics.
The ultrasound generator used has a power of 400 Watts, with a frequency of 35 Khz.
The sonotrode has a 10mm welding width.
