Foggiato: three generations, 80 years of engaging

In 1921 Gentile Foggiato started to manage the Singer sewing machines shop in Montebelluna.Later on, after the Second World War, he bought it and ran it developing his business even thanks the Marshall plan of economical aids.
During the 60’s and the 70’s Gentile’s son, Luigino, drove the deal to the industrial field growing on ever more and becoming the most important Pfaff brand dealer in Italy.

In the late of the 80’s, Luigino turned to be a wholesaler.He moved his business to supply the Italian retailers.Shortly the first brand new and second hand sewing machines warehouse have been opened in his area.
This winning choice have been so successful that in brief another new warehouse was necessary.
In the following years Foggiato company continued to follow this field powering its commercial relationships in import and export with the most important countries all over the world.

In the 2004 Luigino’s sons, Paolo and Francesco, doubled or better tripled their company building up the actual three floored warehouse in witch all kinds of equipments (Cutting, sewing and ironing) are available.
Today an exposing area of 3.000 square meters is always covered by machines.
Recently, in order to guarantee the best service to their costumers, inside the Foggiato, a new workshop have been developed to check the machines right before the shipment, to realize conversions or out-of-standards machines.
